What a relaxing weekend.  I spent most of it reading nutrition books and learning new healthy recipes. My theory is that if I learn more healthy recipes (that actually taiste good) that in time I will start cooking less of the other less nutritional meals.  So in time you slowly phase out all the bad foods from your diet.  It's def. easier said then done.  Its so freaking hard to cook or fix 6 healthy meals a day.  Hopefully If I can stick with it long enough then it will just become habit.

Speaking of cooking I just bought some new kitchen knives. Yes, I'm telling you about my kitchen knives!  So your saying, "Kevin, you must get excited easily."  Well, thats a differnet story....but 10 inches of long beautiful Japanease steel.  Rarrwww.   Check these suckers out.  I'm in love.   http://www.calphalon.com/calphalon/consumer/katana/flash/katanaExperiencePage.jhtml

6 meals a day isnt too hard, yogurt and fruit is usually my first one, second is a sandwich, third is chicken breast with veggie medley, then the rest varies day by day
